I have owned property in the Utah market for about the last 7 years. I have worked with several property management companies in my tenure as a real estate investor. The customer’s needs and my needs as the property owner are always fulfilled and superseded. I do not live in Utah, so when I hand over the keys to the property management company, I am putting all my trust that they are going to fulfill their promises that they make to me. Greg has been managing my apartment in Oakland for just over two years. He has always been happy to answer any questions and make any adjustments I have requested. There are so many different areas of expertise that Greg provides. He is backed up by the excellent support of the Key Renter Property Management. The systems support is comprehensive and allows for quick transactions such as payments straight to your bank account. The annual expense report allows for quick input into the income tax forms. Another area is marketing and tenant qualification. Greg accomplishes this, while keeping abreast of all local laws and regulations. Key Renter provides support for lease language and a platform for paying the rent. They provide an insurance policy to guard against the cost of an eviction should one be necessary. Probably, the biggest advantage is the day to day maintenance problems which are handled without bothering the owner. These repairs are handled by a network of pre qualified repair men. Greg manages all these tasks leaving the owner to simply collect the rent. This is also a huge benefit to the renter, as there are no delays for requests made such as clogged drains, etc. Property management is a difficult business which Greg does well. ~Dennis W.
