Principal, Keyrenter East Bay
Greg is a native Californian, born and raised in Santa Monica. He graduated from California State University at Northridge with a B.S. degree in Business Management and a B.A. in Radio/TV/Film. Greg then gained valuable experience in time management and multi-tasking working within various aspects of the Film and Television business in Hollywood. He eventually relocated to the Albany, California to enjoy everything the Bay Area has to offer.
Greg was fortunate enough to have had an early exposure to real estate and property management. His parents were both very active in neighborhood associations, local politics and were condominium board members for over 50 years. Greg assisted his parents in various capacities as he matured. Once he was out on his own, he naturally gravitated towards similar groups and organizations. Greg, was the board president and maintenance coordinator at his condominium for 20 years and still consults as it is now his investment property. There he honed his skills of negotiations, vetting and supervising vendors, budgeting, maintenance and renovation and design consultation. All skills that have made him experienced in real estate and property management.
Greg’s property management experience, together with his passion, energy, enthusiasm and patience, have proven to be invaluable assets to property owners. He is in turn revered by his clients for his personal involvement and treating each property as if it was his own.
